Oat King Sport is a whole grains product containing oats and grain, wheat, wheat bran, wheat germ, brown rice, red rice, millet, coix seed, sesame seed, corn, red kidney bean, black turtle bean, soybean, green gram and white navy seed that originated from Australia and Europe. It contains high amount of vitamin B1, dietary fiber, protein, carbohydrate, magnesium, zinc, iron, and calcium.
