WHEN DO I CONSUME IT?
4 tablespoons (which is about 60 g) per day is recommended. Preferably 2 tablespoons (30 g) in the morning to provide adequate energy required for daily activities, 2 tablespoons (30 g) at night.
Add 2 tablespoons (30 g) into 1/3 of water (50 mL) and stir evenly, continue adding another 2/3 of hot water (100-150 mL) and mix well.
